Resident Evil 5 Trailer to debut on GameTrailers TV

Following up last weekend's Gears of War 2 gameplay debut, GameTrailersTV will be showcasing a brand new Resident Evil 5 trailer this Friday Night (or Saturday if you live out on the West Coast). Not much is known concerning the amount of of footage that will be released or what we'll actually be seeing.  I personally doubt any gameplay will be shown; I'm pretty sure that Capcom has something like that lined up for E3.

So circle this date on your calendar: Friday, May 30th at 1AM ET/PT. There will be punch and pie.

CAPTIVATE08 is coming up fast, people, and we can barely contain all the awesomeness that will be bustin’ out of our event. Set your friggin’ TiVOs now, campers, as you cannot miss this. I’ve personally watched the trailer about a dozen times now, and I’m still seeing new stuff each time I look at it. It’s filled with evil — EEEEEEVILL! — and running and terror and shooting and exploding and horrible critters trying to suck poor Chris Redfield’s face off. More to come!
