[indent]I found this at the blackcats website. This seems like important news, not many people know about this, so i am spreading the word out.


[indent]OK. First things, first. This is my first post here, and trust me, its a good one. Ive been trackin this whole loader thing quite some time now, and something just came up. As of yesterday it has come to my attention that a couple of guys here in good ol sunny athens, claim to have one working. They use soldering as a workaround for the [url=http://www.ps3-hacks.com/forums/about2716.html#][color=red][font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]firmware[/font][/font][/color][/url] changes issues, and they use a usb thingie (i think) to, ummm well: load up the loader.


Get this: they r charging around 250 to 300 euros for the soldering AND they re throwing in an external [url=http://www.ps3-hacks.com/forums/about2716.html#][color=red][font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]250 [/font][font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]GB[/font][/font][/color][/url] HDD with 5 games already loaded.

OK, why am i sharing this with u? Well first of all i have no idea wether this is working or not. I dont own a PS3 yet, otherwise i would try and find out myself. (well the reason i dont own one yet is solely the fact that the damn thing cant play backups )

I dont know anyone who has tried it yet. But i did call those guys up, and their response was that it does work BUT it depends on the firmware ur PS3 has.


I will try and convience a friend of mine who owns a ps3 to give it a try, n i ll report back ASAP.

And in his post he's saying that they've found a way to load isos(they've made a [url=http://www.ps3-hacks.com/forums/about2716.html#][color=red][font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]mod [/font][font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]chip[/font][/font][/color][/url]).
They blame paradox for their fake loader , and also he's talking about a file ("SND0.AT3") that
causes problems with some backups , and for this reason , they're asking from people to report
those isos..

we can confirm backup loading on PS3

First in the world
our team has managed to make the first working iso's for the PS3
and beat gods of hacking paradox,
testing their iso's which ended up in complete failure...
a kind of modchip is needed for the isos to load,
and certainly not the iso loader which is fake,
as the isos that have been released by the teams, which are rumored to release an exploit, DO NOT work...
The difference lies in a file SND0.AT3 which is missing from their isos,
and might be responsible for the fact that PDx's isos don't work

Our team is checking the differences between the working and non-working isos,
for this reason we need a program called brdgen
which can open the isos that have been released
Then we need to open the PS3_GAME folder and check whether the SND0.AT3 file exists or not...

If someone has more knowledge and can help,
he can send as a pm and enter the team that will hack the PS3 first in the world!

简单的说MODCHIP就是PS3的直读IC 给PS3加个欺骗光驱模块 个人觉得不太可能

洋人果然强啊。。。。brdgen这玩意听都没听过。。。。。念都念不出来

没意义，BD还没D版生产线，刻录BD最少妖200，还不如买正版

Can anyone confirm if this is working or not? Does it work with the US E.E. equiped PS3 or just the EU E.E.less versions?
